Refund & Return Policy
Horizon Bloom offers both physical wellness products and digital resources.
Physical Products:
Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, all physical product sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Digital Products:
All digital downloads, guides, and bundles are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
