HABU Habitat is the future housing initiative of Horizon Bloom. This program will begin with one shared home designed for youth aging out of the foster system who need stability, structure, and a supportive environment as they transition into adulthood.

Our goal is to create a safe and guided living space that supports independence, employment readiness, and long-term success. This pilot home will serve as the foundation for future expansion into additional supportive housing opportunities.
